Serta menjadi sarana pelaporan untuk para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) internal dan eksternal perusahaan, khususnya pekerja baik karyawan maupun pimpinan perusahaan terkait adanya dugaan pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan hukum serta ketentuan internal perusahaan.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Kriteria Pengaduan<\/strong><\/p><p>Jika Anda melihat atau mengetahui dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi atau bentuk pelanggaran lainnya yang dilakukan pegawai Bank, silahkan untuk mengisi formulir pelaporan whistleblowing. Jika laporan anda memenuhi syarat\/kriteria, maka laporan Anda akan diproses lebih lanjut.<\/p><p>Unsur Pengaduan<\/p><ol><li><strong>WHAT<\/strong>\u00a0yaitu apa perbuatan berindikasi Tindak Pidana Korupsi\/pelanggaran yang diketahui.<\/li><li><strong>WHO<\/strong>\u00a0yaitu siapa yang bertanggungjawab\/terlibat dan terkait dalam perbuatan tersebut.<\/li><li><strong>WHERE<\/strong>\u00a0yaitu dimana tempat terjadinya perbuatan tersebut dilakukan.<\/li><li><strong>WHEN<\/strong>\u00a0yaitu kapan waktu perbuatan tersebut dilakukan.<\/li><li><strong>HOW<\/strong>\u00a0yaitu bagaimana cara perbuatan tersebut dilakukan (modus, cara, dan sebagainya).<\/li><li><strong>EVIDENCE<\/strong>\u00a0(jika ada) yaitu dilengkapi dengan bukti permulaan (data, dokumen, gambar dan rekaman) yang mendukung.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Jaminan Kerahasiaan dan Komitmen<\/strong><\/p><p>Anda tidak perlu khawatir terungkapnya identitas diri anda.
